#2510 model output data/logs/search can't find outputs of user extension model types locally

Summary

swamp model output data, swamp model output logs and swamp model output search cannot find outputs produced by a user extension model type when run locally. data and logs fail with Output not found: <id>, and search returns []. swamp model output get <model> finds the same output.

Cause

YamlOutputRepository.findAllGlobal() walks modelRegistry.types(). User extension types are only in that list after modelRegistry.ensureLoaded() runs. src/libswamp/models/output_get.ts:154 calls it, but these three do not:

• src/libswamp/models/output_data.ts:135
• src/libswamp/models/output_logs.ts:109
• src/libswamp/models/output_search.ts:98, through findAllOutputsGlobal

Over swamp serve (--server) all three work, because serve loads extension types at startup.

Reproduction

1. Create a repo with swamp repo init --tool none and add a local extension model under extensions/models/. In the repro it is @repro/png-writer, with a write method that writes a file spec.
2. Run swamp model create @repro/png-writer pngrepro and swamp model method run pngrepro write.
3. Run swamp model output get pngrepro --json to find the output id. This works.
4. Run swamp model output data <outputId> --name pixel --json. It fails with Output not found: <outputId>.
5. Run swamp model output logs <outputId>. It fails the same way.
6. Run swamp model output search --json. It returns [].

Found while reproducing swamp-club#2503. The repro repo is at ~/swamp/repro/issue-2503 on the reporter's machine.

Expected

The local commands resolve extension-typed outputs the same way model output get and serve do.
