Description:

  Run diagnostics that verify swamp's integrations are healthy.

Options:

  -h, --help                  - Show this help.
  --json                      - Output in JSON format (non-interactive)
  --log                       - Show model and workflow run logs in terminal output
  --log-level        <level>  - Set log level (trace, debug, info, warning, error, fatal)
  -q, --quiet                 - Suppress non-essential output
  -v, --verbose               - Show detailed output
  --no-telemetry              - Disable telemetry for this invocation
  --show-properties           - Show structured properties in log output
  --no-color                  - Disable colored output
  --repo-dir         <dir>    - Repository directory (env: SWAMP_REPO_DIR)

Commands:

  audit       - Verify that the AI-tool audit integration is healthy for the configured tool.
  datastores  - Check that the configured datastore is healthy and flag any vault compatibility
                issues.
  extensions  - Verify that user-defined extensions in this repo load cleanly and inspect
                catalog aggregate state.
  install     - Check swamp installation health: binary ownership, writability, autoupdate
                status.
  secrets     - Scan model definitions for cleartext sensitive global arguments and report how
                to migrate each to a vault.
  vaults      - Scan model definitions for sensitive resource outputs and verify a vault is
                configured to store them.
  workflows   - Check that workflow YAML files in this repo load cleanly.

Hey @maphew

workflows is a subcommand of swamp doctor, so the intended command is: swamp doctor workflows swamp workflows is not a top-level command; use swamp workflow for workflow management commands.

oh! thanks for the clarification. perhaps Commands: in the help output should be Subcommands: or Doctor subcommands: to help draw attention to the distinction
