Non-blocking findings from the final #2944 verification reviews (commit 42d359efe), left for a follow-up:
- (medium) The Scenario tab re-fetches the payloads (?payloads=1) and replays the run on every live re-read while it is open. Wasted work, not a wrong result: only refresh the copy when the run's journal length changes, or on demand.
- The timeline's keyboard position (active entry) is fixed at mount and does not follow new journal entries as they arrive.
- The scenario copy is built from the payload read's own run, which can be newer than the run the page shows until the next re-read.
- issueRecord's query names the tracker instance and issue record but is not limited to this repository's namespace; check the record's tracker field as readRun checks the key.
- waiting().since can keep the time of a hold that has since ended (an awaiting event whose exits are now empty).

Two more low findings from the final #2944 verification (commit c19caca6f): opening a work item saves its factory as the viewer's remembered pick (selectFactory writes it), so / later opens that factory; and the notice calls any digest mismatch an older definition, though the pin could be newer than a file that was reverted.
