Raspberry Pi boot configuration drift detection — EEPROM bootloader settings (BOOT_ORDER, PSU_MAX_CURRENT, etc.), config.txt, and cmdline.txt as a typed, versioned Swamp model, built to catch boot-breaking drift before/after the NVMe SSD migration.
