Q4 2026

These are the major initiatives for the quarter. They connect Swamp to the places your team already works, make agent runs explainable, and turn a working agent into something you can hand to someone else. They aren't everything we ship: fixes, improvements and work raised in the Lab land every week alongside them.

  • 10 Minutes to WowQ4 2026

    Your harness, configured your way

    Choose the agent tool you already use when you run swamp repo init or swamp start, and Swamp sets it up for you.

    What you'll be able to do
    Add your preferred agent tool as an integration. It appears as a setup choice, and Swamp writes the instructions, skills and hooks that tool needs to work in your repo.

    Explainable agent runs

    Swamp's audit trail reads as a plain-language account of what an agent did and why.

    What you'll be able to do
    Open one agent run and follow what it tried, which Swamp actions it took, where a person stepped in, and what result it reached.

    Swamp in Slack, Discord, Signal and the other tools your business uses

    Ask Swamp for work from the chat channel where it was requested, and get the answer there.

    What you'll be able to do
    Ask for an automation or its status in a channel, get a useful reply in the thread, and follow the resulting run without opening a terminal.

    Custom SIEM integrations

    Send Swamp audit events to your security team's SIEM. One integration ships supported; build an adapter for any other.

    What you'll be able to do
    Connect audit events to the supported SIEM out of the box, or write an adapter for your own destination with the same extension mechanism.

    Bootstrap Swamp on more providers

    Repeatable bootstrap paths bring up swamp serve on more cloud providers and sandboxes.

    What you'll be able to do
    Pick a supported cloud or sandbox target and bring up a configured Swamp server there, ready for remote work.
  • Whole AgentQ4 2026

    Complete agent packages

    One distributable unit holds an agent's behaviors, workflows, extensions and the instructions for how it runs.

    What you'll be able to do
    Bundle an agent once. Someone else installs the package and gets the working capability, without rebuilding its setup by hand.
  • Swamp-Powered BusinessQ4 2026

    Replace our use of GitHub Actions with Swamp

    We move our own testing and releases off GitHub Actions and onto Swamp workflows. Swamp Club already deploys and runs its issue lifecycle this way.
