01README
Two methods for @smith/docker-compose that end-to-end setups need.
ensure starts the given services with docker compose up -d --wait only when one of them is not already running, or not healthy where the service has a healthcheck, so a workflow can call it every time. teardown is docker compose down with orphans and, by default, volumes, and fails when docker compose does. Both write only the state resource: the upstream methods also write a resource named latest, which current swamp reserves, so they fail after doing their work.
