01README
One named kind (Kubernetes in Docker) cluster for swamp, created on demand for end-to-end tests.
@dataverket/kind/cluster creates the cluster from a kind config file only when kind get clusters does not list it, checks that its API server answers, applies a list of manifests, and records the kube context and API server URL for other models to target. get records whether it exists without creating it, and delete removes it, succeeding when it is already gone.
