Reusable hardware/EDA SDLC factory definition. A model-instance extension that ships a pre-authored @swamp/software-factory definition encoding the Swampiness-badge hardware lifecycle:

spec → schematic → erc → layout → drc → dfm-review → fab-package → fabricate → bring-up → DONE

Load-bearing safety properties:

• cel gate at fab-package requires both final ERC and DRC evidence to be clean AND fresh (fab-package re-runs kicad.check Rule-6 fan-out so freshness is structural, not a cross-stage lookup).
• human-approval money gate at fabricate — nothing reaches a fab on agent attestation; a human explicitly approves spending $X.
• findings-clear gates at dfm-review and bring-up block advancing with unresolved critical/high findings.

The factory definition is a YAML file (eda-factory.yaml), not a TypeScript model type. Install by copying the YAML to your models/@swamp/software-factory/ directory, then instantiate:

Depends on @kneel/kicad (>= v2026.07.18.1 for Rule-6 check fan-out) for the erc/drc/check method invocations the driver performs at the erc, drc, and fab-package stages. Depends on @kneel/eda-review-lenses for the dfm-review stage dispatch (5 lenses: dfm, footprint, antenna, power, connector).
