Search Vinted and read listings without an account. Parses the catalog and item pages' embedded Next.js RSC payload and schema.org ld+json (a homepage session cookie is all that's needed).
Methods:
search— saved searches with text, price, brand, size, condition and category filters over N pages; each run flags items not seen last timeitem— full listing by id or URL: description, price, size, condition, material, colour, seller reputation, photos, and garment measurements parsed from the description (FR/EN/NL/DE/IT; pit-to-pit doubled)

Search the catalog (text + price/brand/size/condition/category filters), up to `pages` pages; writes search-<name> and flags new items vs the previous run.

item(infinite)— One listing's full details with parsed measurements (instance name item-<id>).
itemRun(infinite)— Outcome of the last `item` run: fetched, skipped (already present) and failed ids.
