Swamp Tide
Troll the swamp club activity logs to find when people (and their agents) are participating. Collects the club feed into a normalized event stream, then buckets it into a 7x24 participation heatmap with peak-slot detection, hour-of-day / weekday / day-of-month / daily trajectory charts, and a markdown tide report. Scheduled hourly by the companion swamp-tide workflow. Ships tide-view, a viewer that renders the latest report as a themed HTML page.
Add the missing hourly schedule trigger to the bundled workflow: @maphew/swamp-tide now registers with trigger.schedule '15 * * * *' on a machine that only pulls the extension. Also corrects the README's workflow-run example to the scoped @maphew/swamp-tide name.

Packaging fix: quote the bundled workflow name so the scoped identifier parses as YAML, and list the workflow by basename so it packs as workflow-swamp-tide.yaml and registers under the scoped name. No model schema changes.
