Global Arguments

Read each configured repository's stars, forks, watchers, open issues, open pull requests, releases and flags from the host and record them as a new version, with the change since the previous one

Summarise the recorded samples: per repository each counter at the ends, the stars gained per day, and the total stars at the ends
