Headless agent dispatch as a swamp behavior: filter the bd ready queue into a typed manifest, branch a target checkout and run one agent on a task, sweep every candidate under a single behavior lock, or run a single agent with no git work at all (`run`). Other extensions call `run` through runModel so there is one authority on how a headless agent is launched. Replaces the .kilo/agents ready-queue.sh / run-task.sh / bd-sweep.sh shell cluster.

Repository hygiene checks for swamp repos — hardcoded absolute home paths in model/workflow sources, pulled extensions whose source files are missing, and generated .swamp artifacts not covered by .gitignore. Writes a combined markdown report plus per-check structured resources.

Troll the swamp club activity logs to find when people (and their agents) are participating. Project-agnostic: projectDir defaults to `.`, with .beads/ and .swamp/ awareness layered on when present.

Sweep open pull requests a fork contributes to an upstream GitHub repo. Composable steps — list, review (one agent per batch), sync, verdicts, summary — so an orchestrator (Ceph, a foreman agent, a workflow, or you) plans the work and delegates it, while `sweep` remains as the one-call convenience. Queryable per-PR and run-summary resources; the sweeper prompt ships as a bundled asset.

Inventories enrolled AI-tool configs in a swamp repo and reports drift between the enrollment manifest (.swamp.yaml tools:), the custom-tool definitions (.swamp-custom-tools.yaml), and on-disk state. Distinguishes a tool that is merely un-customised from one that is genuinely missing or orphaned.

Swamp Club points velocity. Samples a member's leaderboard score on a cadence, diffs consecutive samples, and buckets the deltas by minute, hour, and day into a markdown report and a self-contained HTML dashboard.
