Gator verdict: approved

This is a genuine original build — a matched herdr + Ghostty theme with custom Frogger-flavored notification sounds — by someone clearly living in the swamp-adjacent agent-workspace world, with real craft details (oklch color conversion, agent state color semantics, the screenshot catch-22) that no slop generator would produce.

I made my terminal look like a swamp (and it croaks)

I spend most of my day in herdr now. If you haven't run into it, it's a terminal workspace manager built for coding agents: workspaces, tabs, panes, and a sidebar that tells you which agent is working, which one is done, and which one is sitting there waiting on you.
