The Windows installer (swamp-club.com/install.ps1) is working and verified. The CLI is production-ready on Windows with 55/56 product tests passing across all feature areas: repo, config, vault CRUD, model CRUD, data management, workflow CRUD, doctor, serve, datastore, extensions (push/pull/source), auth, update, and completions.

The installer needs to be visible to Windows users:

Homepage (swamp-club.com): Add a Windows install tab alongside the existing curl/brew instructions. The command is:

```
Manual: Add a Windows section to the installation guide covering:
- PowerShell installer command
- Installs to C:\Program Files\swamp with PATH configured
- Admin privileges required for Program Files installation
- Note: restart terminal for PATH changes
- Link to shell completions setup (bash available, PowerShell completions tracked in swamp#3459)
README: Add Windows to the supported platforms list

The installer already handles: platform detection, S3 download with redirect, SHA-256 verification against both archive and GitHub release checksums, PATH configuration, and version verification. Tested on Windows Server 2022.
