Compile a fresh, role-bounded context manifest from registry metadata and candidate references only. It does not invoke providers, read source content, call the network, or take an external side effect.

1.validate-dynamic-identifiers— Reject identifiers containing whitespace, traversal, or expression syntax before method dispatch.
2.validate-role— Require the requested role to be present in the caller-supplied taxonomy.
3.catalog-registry${{ inputs.sourceRegistryModel }}.${{ inputs.sourceRegistryMethod }}— Read the configured metadata-only source registry; the registry must contain no source content or credentials.
4.validate-candidate-chronology— Require cited, minimized evidence to be fresh at evaluation.
5.compile${{ inputs.contextCompilerModel }}.compileRegistered— Ask the compatible compiler to enforce provenance, freshness, eligibility, stable ordering, and the token budget using references only.
