On the Collectives page, clicking the Operatives button seemed to have no affect, taking a long time to load. May eventually load though. Takes a lot longer than /o/collective_name

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to the Collectives page
Click the Operatives button
Observe: appears that nothing happens, but just takes a long time to load.

Expected

Clicking Operatives under collectives should navigate to / display the operatives view for the collective.

Actually, it just seems like the /o/collective/members takes a lot longer to open than expected. It seems to just hang there.

@tagur ty for the note I'll fix this in the morning
