typed-secrets 4.5: the inline resolutions refuse or mask: placement, task selectors, child references and deferred targets refuse secrets, assert messages mask them, and the deprecated resolvers go

serve: the per-IP WebSocket burst limit can't be configured, so workers behind one NAT IP throttle each other
extension pull: safety analysis scans the bundle the extension runs

swamp-extensions: CI check that every manifest declares license: and ships a LICENSE file
extensions_search index is never created if the first attempt fails, until the process restarts
S3/GCS datastore sync: shared sync service lets one sync clear another's dirty marks and pull over unpushed files

Let agent-runner drive more agent CLIs (Kilo Code and others)
s3-datastore: every fast-path miss re-downloads every _index shard, so a busy serve pulls the whole index every poll (~230 GB/day S3 egress)
Feedback: Swamp as an approval-gated control plane for a small fleet
S3/GCS datastore: a push that fails after uploading drops its recorded deletes, so the retry brings deleted data back
Tracking: test baseline required before the datastore refactor (commit-log design)

No first-class workflow primitive for spawning a permission-scoped agent session
Decorative animations outside the Lab still repaint on the main thread
s3/gcs datastore: pullChanged overwrites dirty, unpushed cache files

End a collective's trial when it begins a paid subscription
s3-datastore: SWAMP_S3_REQUEST_TIMEOUT_MS does not appear to apply to ListObjectsV2 during pull

s3-datastore: a model-scoped pull still lists, walks and indexes the whole namespace
Run the web dashboard locally from the CLI without swamp serve
extensions: cold-path catalog rebuild skips sources whose type is not a string literal, dropping them for one process lifetime

#3177 audit verify is hidden by accident: auditCommand.hidden() in mod.ts hides the last subcommand, not audit
Opened by zack · 10/8/2026· Shipped 10/8/2026
Problem
src/cli/mod.ts registers audit with .command('audit', auditCommand.hidden()). Cliffy's hidden() applies to the command a chain last selected. auditCommand is built in src/cli/commands/audit.ts by chaining .command('record', …) through .command('verify', …), so the selected command is verify, and the first call hides audit verify rather than audit.
audit itself ends up hidden only because registerCommands runs twice per process (mod.ts lines 2115 and 2630): the first registration resets the selection to audit, so the second call's hidden() lands on audit.
Observed
swamp audit --helplists record, alerts, export, log, report and rotate-key but not verify, althoughswamp audit verifyworks and nothing marks it as meant to be hidden.- Hiding
auditdepends on registration running twice; a single registration would leave it visible.
Expected
audit is hidden explicitly (for example auditCommand.reset().hidden(), or .hidden() where the command is defined before its subcommands are added) and audit verify is visible unless it is meant to be hidden.
