swamp CLI builds between the full behavior tree (swamp dedbc4675, 2026-10-13) and swamp#3411 (4bee4a718, 2026-10-14) recorded swamp behavior invocations as typed: command 'behavior' (or 'behaviour') with subcommands create, validate, edit, describe, history, etc. Newer CLIs record the model form.

The telemetry scoring SQL folds only 'behavior run' into 'model method' (services/telemetry/lib/activity-asof-projector.sql:169, activity-distribution.sql:130/164; lib/domain/scoring/activity-score.ts actOf). So behavior create/validate/edit/etc. from that window miss their command tier in services/telemetry/lib/command-tiers.sql and score as unknown.

Quest attribution is fixed in swamp-club#3429 (countsFromClickHouseRows reads behavior rows in their model form). Scoring needs the same fold for every subcommand (run/describe/history → method, others unchanged), done under the ledger's lease-gated rollout rules (infrastructure/clickhouse/CLAUDE.md).
