What changed (swamp-club#3441, PR swamp-club/swamp#3103, released in v20261014.152311.0-sha.c9a86d41)

New workspaces are no longer always created under <data dir>/workspaces/<name>:

swamp workspace create <name> --path <dir> creates the workspace in <dir>/<name>. <dir> must already exist; ~ and relative paths work.
swamp start --workspace <name> --path <dir> does the same when the name is new. --path needs --workspace and is refused with --json.
The swamp start page's new-workspace form has a Location field (with Browse) under Name, and shows the folder that will be created as either field changes.
swamp config set workspaces.dir <dir> sets the default folder for new workspaces; swamp config set workspaces.dir default resets it to the data dir.
Precedence: --path / the Location field, then workspaces.dir, then <data dir>/workspaces.
A workspace created in a chosen folder is listed as created, not imported (Imported: no in swamp workspace get).
New refusals: parent_not_found, parent_not_a_folder, parent_not_absolute (page only), parent_unreadable, parent_too_long; a link where the workspace folder would go is refused (not_a_workspace).

Pages to update

content/manual/reference/workspace-commands.md: the Created row and the workspace create section say <data dir>/workspaces/<name>; add --path, the precedence, and workspaces.dir.
content/manual/how-to/start-a-task-with-swamp-start.md: describe the Location field and the "Creates " preview, and swamp start --workspace <name> --path <dir>.
The configuration reference that lists swamp config keys (update.auto, update.cadence, telemetry.collection): add workspaces.dir.
