swamp update prints nothing while it downloads. On a slow network it ran 20+ minutes at 18–160 KB/s with no output, so it looked hung. I had to inspect the temp file to see it was still downloading.

Requests:

Show download progress (bytes, total size, speed).
Show an error if the download stalls or fails.
Resume or retry a stopped download instead of starting over.
Remove the $TMPDIR/swamp-update-* folder on Ctrl+C (a 53 MB partial file was left behind).

The slow network was local (datacenter Wi-Fi), not the swamp server.

Version: 20261014.121640.0-sha.c5d1db96 (updated from 20260903.004401.0-sha.f2eefb58), macOS.
