#3859 Docs: manual states the old pre-flight check rule and scores fast-check by deno doc --lint

The swamp skill was corrected in swamp-club#3850 and swamp-club#3848 (swamp PR 3333). The manual still states the old rules on three pages.

1. content/manual/reference/behavior-definitions.md (line 469) It says "Checks run before mutating methods (create, update, delete, action)". The real rule, from inferMethodKind / isMutatingKind in src/domain/models/model.ts:

• Checks run before every method except read and list kinds.
• Read kinds are get, read, describe, show. List kinds are list, search, find. Name matching ignores case.
• A method's declared kind overrides its name.
• Any other name runs checks, including sync and custom names such as resolve or deploy.
• appliesTo takes any method name. Naming a read or list method there has no effect.
• A workflow step placed on a worker skips checks (swamp-club#1721).

2. content/manual/how-to/extensions/improve-score.md (slow types section, around lines 103-124) It tells authors to run deno doc --lint and fix slow types to earn fast-check. That factor is deprecated and always earned: extension_rubric_scorer.ts in swamp, and lib/domain/scorecard/score.ts here whenever version metadata exists. Following the advice makes people rewrite exported zod schemas and z.infer types for a point they already have.

3. content/manual/reference/extensions/scorecard-rubric.md (row 5) The table describes fast-check as "deno doc --lint emits no slow-type diagnostics". Line 94 of the same page already says it is not evaluated. Make the row say deprecated and always earned.
