#4451 Container run inspection and isolation metadata for audited recovery tests

The run method exposes network, volumes and extraArgs, but runResult persists only image/command/exitCode/stdout/stderr/binary. Audited restore tests would benefit from a first-class read-only named-container presence/inspection method and persisted non-secret isolation settings (network, read-only root, mounts, resource limits and auto-removal). This would let downstream verification consume typed data rather than add a local extension invoking a scoped docker ps query. Do not persist secret environment values or raw container environment output. No organization-specific identifiers or credentials are included.
