#633 Discord role sync never assigns lower leaderboard tiers (Swamp Baby / Muck Runt / Sludge Whelp)

Opened by josephholsten · 6/11/2026· Shipped 6/11/2026

Discord group membership is not assigned for the three lowest leaderboard tiers. Members at Swamp Baby, Muck Runt, and Sludge Whelp levels never receive the corresponding Discord roles. Higher tiers sync correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

Reach a leaderboard tier of Swamp Baby, Muck Runt, or Sludge Whelp on swamp.club
Check Discord — the expected role is absent and has never been assigned

Repro account: https://swamp-club.com/u/josephholsten (Discord linked, currently at one of the affected tiers, role never appeared)

Environment: swamp 20260609.210430.0-sha.f4a8340e
