#1836 Add safe worktree removal

Add a typed removeWorktree method that removes only a registered clean secondary worktree, refuses the primary checkout and dirty worktrees, is idempotent when already absent, and records a structured cleanup result for workflow composition.

Implemented in @swamp/git@2026.08.28.1 — new remove_worktree method that safely removes registered clean secondary worktrees. Refuses the primary checkout and dirty worktrees, throws on status check failures, and returns idempotent success when already absent. PR: #241
