#1885 Add a Git ancestry check method

Please add a read-only is_ancestor method that accepts ancestor and descendant refs, runs git merge-base --is-ancestor, and returns structured ancestry data. This lets verification workflows fail fast when a source commit is not based on the current remote main ref.

Implemented in @swamp/git@2026.08.28.1 — new is_ancestor method wrapping git merge-base --is-ancestor. Returns structured { ancestor, descendant, isAncestor } so verification workflows can fail fast on ancestry checks. PR: #241
