#1881 Add orphan branch creation

Add an orphan-branch option or method so evidence-only GitOps branches can be initialized without bypassing the typed Git model. It should create/switch to an orphan branch in repoPath without force-pushing.

Implemented in @swamp/git@2026.08.28.1 — the branch method now accepts orphan: true (with create: true) to create parentless branches via git checkout --orphan. Schema enforces orphan requires create and is mutually exclusive with startPoint. PR: #241
