#1907 Extension catalog never re-bundles edited source files

Resolved — root cause was a stale swamp serve daemon (PID running since Aug 23) whose binary was later replaced. All extension-load RPCs routed through it, serving pre-replacement compiled bundles from in-memory cache. After kill <daemon> + restart, edits to extension sources resolve correctly. An in-use daemon should either reload bundles on file change or the CLI should bypass it when binaries age out.
