#1361 Support end-user timezones on https://swamp-club.com/u/shelson/activity

Description

For those of us not close to UTC the above page is a bit confusing, or at least requires us to put our engineer hats on to consume. Is it possible to grab the locale/TZ out of the browser, or if it's more useful across the site even having a config flag to set in my profile would also be cool.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fly to New Zealand, open a cold beer.
2. Join the Swamp Quest
3. Look at usage stats, wonder why on earth it appears like you've done no work since midnight when it's lunchtime

Environment

• swamp version: 20260722.210030.0-sha.7ff1e2f0
• OS: Linux katyos 7.1.3-2-cachyos #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Wed, 08 Jul 2026 [IP-1] +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux or Macos
• Shell: zsh

Additional Context

@koob kindly offered to look at this because they're awesome :D
