Lab #2038: Upgrade/Update causes odd locking issue on swamp deno

Description

I've been away from my swamp for a few weeks, and ran

apt upgrade swamp update swamp report upgrade

on my dev box and on my swamp serve computer, and both exhibited this issue - where running workflows failed with

Steps to Reproduce

I wish I knew :/
I rebooted my dev notebook, and it now works, but i've left the swamp serve system as is - in case you have questions

Environment

swamp version:
OS: ubuntu 26.04
Shell: bash

workflow placement: run a workflow transparently on a specified host, local or via swamp workers (incl. nested child workflows)

deprecated extensions are more prominent than I expected :)

swamp serve daemon (user service) doesn't handle systemd 'lingering' — claims it 'starts automatically' but only runs while logged in

Trigger schedule overrides require a swamp serve restart to take effect

I _think_ I might like a guard in the trigger yaml
