#2826 Top-level swamp init never earns repo-init quest or tier credit

The telemetry scoring and quest projection only recognise the (command=repo, subcommand=init) pair. The top-level alias swamp init records command=init with no subcommand (after swamp-club#2817; before it, the path argument landed in subcommand), so it never credits the repoInit quest deed or the repo-init XP tier.

• infrastructure/clickhouse/init/02-score-grants.sql (around line 115, command_tiers)

Expected: swamp init and swamp repo init score identically. Either add an (init, empty-subcommand) row and quest match, or have the CLI record the canonical path — the CLI now sends invocation.commandPath (canonical command words) which the server could key on instead.
