lib/infrastructure/mongo-showcase-repository.ts listByStatus (added in #1412) sorts the approved and rejected queues on { updatedAt: -1 }. The only status index is { status: 1, createdAt: 1 }, which serves the pending queue's createdAt sort but not this one, so the approved/rejected queues fall back to an in-memory sort.

Admin-only path, so the cost is tolerable today. If the rejected queue accumulates, add a { status: 1, updatedAt: -1 } index, or move the queues onto one shared sort key, so every queue stays index-served.
