#3946 Generated state schemas require every child of nested objects, so normal resources warn on create/get

The Zod generator simplified pass ([REDACTED-SECRET-1] in codegen/shared/zodGenerator.ts) emits inline nested objects in StateSchema without .optional() on their children. A resource that Cloud Control returns without an optional nested field then logs a schema-mismatch warning on every create, get and sync, although the method succeeds.

Example, against a local MiniStack container with @swamp/aws/budgets/budget from swamp-extensions PR #570: create logs "Resource state data does not match schema: expected object, received undefined at Budget.TimePeriod; ... Budget.FilterExpression; ...", because a budget without those optional BudgetData fields is normal. RDS DBInstance Endpoint and other inline nested state objects have the same shape.

Expected: nested children in the state schema follow the CloudFormation required list, or are optional, as the top-level state properties already are. The generator is shared by every provider, so the fix touches state schemas across providers. Left out of #3936 on purpose.
