Please add an operation to create an actual 1Password vault when onboarding a new client. It should clearly distinguish creating the remote vault from configuring a vault provider in Swamp, report missing permissions, handle an existing vault safely, and return identifiers without exposing credentials. Done when a user can create a client vault through the integration with appropriate authorization, or receive actionable guidance when the provider requires a manual step.
