Repo: swamp-club. Step 3 of the extension dependency-forms design. Depends on #3971. Design: the extension dependency-forms Doc, https://claude.ai/artifact/WpRbpqb5djPgDXzydFSohs (decided 2026-10-26).

Problem

The manual describes dependency handling piece by piece, and the #3725 pages already lag #3793 (they describe a single installed version). There's no published list of which dependency forms are supported.

Proposal

Publish the Doc's 3.3 table as the supported dependency categories: the compatibility promise authors can plan against, including when swamp moves off Deno.
Document the canonical shipped form, the unaudited categories with their score cost and how to earn the point back, and the lock rule ("pin exact versions or commit a lock; a lock also fixes transitive versions").
Rewrite the #3725 manual pages once against the final design, including #3793's per-copy audit. Fold in what is left of #3631.

Acceptance

Every statement matches main after #3971. The manual's own checks and build pass.
No UAT: manual pages only.
