#1259 Surface cloud-provider labels (scaleway, digitalocean, oracle/oci) as first-class search/filter facets on the Extensions page

Problem

The Extensions page (https://swamp-club.com/extensions) doesn't surface cloud-provider labels as first-class search/filter facets. Providers such as scaleway do already appear as a label further down the page (below the fold), but they aren't easily discoverable or usable as a way to filter the listing. Users can't quickly narrow the extensions listing to a specific provider (e.g. the 30 Scaleway extensions).

Proposed solution

Promote cloud-provider labels to first-class, searchable/filterable facets on the Extensions page:

• scaleway
• digitalocean
• oracle / oci

(and, by extension, apply the same scheme to other providers.)

Notes

• scaleway already exists as a label but is buried below the fold; this is about making provider labels prominent and usable for filtering, not creating them from scratch.
