Problem

PR #2407 adds repository-level .swamp.yaml retention defaults for swamp run gc, but the user-facing CLI guidance still presents a fixed 30-day default and does not show how to configure it.

Scope

Document garbageCollection.outputs and garbageCollection.workflowRuns in .swamp.yaml.
Include a configuration example and explain that each setting defaults to 30 days when omitted.
State that swamp run gc --older-than <duration> overrides the repository default for that invocation.
Update the bundled swamp CLI command guide and troubleshooting reference; no behavior change.

Context

Follow-up to PR #2407 (feat(repo): configure run GC retention).
