src/cli/resolve_datastore_test.ts 'resolveCachePath: undefined return routes to repoId-keyed default' failed in the verify-build workflow (run 70bda3d6-7311-425c-b0f5-873a4a7fd0fa, 2026-09-22) with 'Cannot determine home directory (HOME/USERPROFILE not set)' from getSwampDataDir in src/infrastructure/persistence/paths.ts. The same commit passes the full suite in a clean checkout, so it is a race: deno test --parallel runs test files in one process, and src/cli/load_identity_test.ts, src/cli/input_parser_test.ts and src/infrastructure/persistence/paths_test.ts delete HOME from Deno.env. AGENTS.md forbids unit tests mutating process-global env for this reason. Fix: mock the home lookup in those tests instead of deleting HOME. Found while verifying swamp-club#2347.
