Problem

main fails type checking since 383373d0 (#2595, swamp-club#2430):

TS2304 [ERROR]: Cannot find name 'assertPinnedSet'.

integration/datastore_sync_rules_test.ts calls assertPinnedSet( at line 266 (the new fitness rule from #2595), but the file only imports assertEquals, assertStringIncludes, join, relative, SEPARATOR and walk. The helper lives in integration/arch_fitness_helpers.ts:151 and is imported by the other rules tests, not this one.

Impact

The Windows Compatibility workflow fails on 383373d0 and every later commit (063bd925 included); the last green run is 901daee6.
deno check fails on main on every platform, so every new verify-build run from main fails its type-check step until this is fixed.

Fix

Add import { assertPinnedSet } from "./arch_fitness_helpers.ts"; to integration/datastore_sync_rules_test.ts, then confirm the rule still passes.
