In packages/dashboard/src/components/Sidebar.tsx, NavItem renders each navigation entry as a clickable div with an onClick handler but no tabindex, role, or key handling. Keyboard and screen-reader users cannot reach or activate any sidebar navigation item at any viewport width. Suggested fix: render NavItem as a button (or an anchor to the route path from routes.ts buildPath) with aria-current set on the active item, and add a visible focus style. Found while planning swamp-club issue 2574 (collapsible mobile sidebar), which leaves this out of scope.
