Lab #3154: model get and model search miss auto-definitions stored in a remote datastore

Summary

With a datastore configured, swamp model get and swamp model search do not find a model whose auto-definition lives in the datastore, even though swamp model method run runs it fine.

Cause

src/cli/commands/model_get.ts and model_search.ts call createModelGetDeps(repoDir). In src/libswamp/models/get.ts that builds new YamlDefinitionRepository(repoDir), whose auto-definitions dir defaults to the repo-local .swamp/auto-definitions. The repository factory resolves auto-definitions through the datastore path resolver (repository_factory.ts, 'Auto-definitions are datastore-tier').

Found while triaging swamp-club#2382 (same root cause in model delete).
