#3268 Windows: check-config --grants-file and --grants-dir still output backslash absolute paths

Opened by stack72 · 10/11/2026

swamp#3245 fixed relative grant paths in check-config error messages but absolute paths from --grants-file and --grants-dir still use backslashes on Windows. The CLI outputs C:\Users[REDACTED]\external\bad.yaml but tests assert for external/bad.yaml. 2 UAT failures in serve/none/check_config_test.ts: grants-file and grants-dir tests. Tested on binary 20261011.232410.0 which includes the swamp#3245 fix. Discovered via Windows UAT runner swamp-uat#363.

Closing as test infra. The product deliberately outputs native absolute paths for --grants-file and --grants-dir per the #3245 PR design and #2065 convention. The fix belongs in swamp-uat check_config_test.ts — normalize separators before comparing.
