#3296 Docs: say that validation applies the upgrade chain before checking global arguments

Follow-up to swamp-club#3196. swamp model validate and the check before each workflow step now apply a model type's upgrade chain to an in-memory copy of the definition, without saving it, before checking global arguments and running pre-flight checks. An upgradeAttributes that throws fails the Global arguments item. The manual does not say this. content/manual/reference/model-definitions.md: the line saying global arguments are validated against the schema when the definition is validated, and the typeVersion table (Valid CalVer row), should note that validation checks the upgraded arguments and that the save still happens on the next method run. content/manual/reference/extensions/model.md, Version Upgrades section: the sentence saying upgrades run before a method executes should add that validation applies them in memory too.
