The full verify-build run for unrelated workflow terminal-output hardening failed at src/serve/dispatch_service_test.ts:1565 in "DispatchService: a two-slot worker runs a step that arrives while another is running". The test triggers RpcError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'findByNameGlobal'). Deno reports that the program assigned to Object.prototype.proto, which it disables by default, and suggests --unsafe-proto. The verification run used the pinned runtime and otherwise passed 22,762 tests. The test/runtime incompatibility is unrelated to issue #3061.
