#3431 CLI output still says model under swamp behavior commands

Found while moving the manual to the behavior term (swamp-club#3429), on swamp 20261014.023540.0-sha.7b10a478 (source HEAD 7b10a4786). Several outputs keep the model wording even when the user typed the swamp behavior spelling, so the manual now has to show model-worded output under behavior commands:

• swamp summarise: 'Direct Model Method Executions', 'Model: …', 'N models' (src/presentation/renderers/summarise.ts)
• swamp doctor vaults: 'All models with sensitive outputs have a vault configured', 'These models will fail at runtime when writing sensitive data' (src/presentation/renderers/doctor_vaults.ts), while doctor --help says behaviors
• swamp extension push / dry run: 'Models (N):' and 'Models: N, Workflows: …' (src/presentation/renderers/extension_push.ts); extension info 'Models (N):'
• swamp report get: 'Model: ()'
• swamp extension source list: a behaviors directory reports as 'kinds: models'
• swamp workflow create scaffolds 'type: model_method' with 'example-model'; the workflow graph labels behavior steps 'model' (src/presentation/renderers/workflow_graph.ts:28)
• pre-flight error 'Model "x" has sensitive resource output fields…' (src/domain/models/method_execution_service.ts:888)
• data delete 'Model not found' / 'for model '; data rename warning 'workflows or models'; data prune help 'model definition'
• swamp serve help: 'workflow and model execution' (serve.ts:2405); --extensions-dir help '(models, workflows and skills resolve from it…)'
• swamp worker queue MODEL column header (src/presentation/output/worker_output.ts:342)

Expected: user-facing text uses behavior (serialized fields and identifiers can stay).
