#3761 swamp-club /cve/dirtyfrag page shows --input targetHost/sshUser/sshKey/dockerContainer, which the CLI rejects
Opened by stack72 · 10/22/2026· Shipped 10/22/2026
The /cve/dirtyfrag page on swamp-club likely copies the old @swamp/cve/dirtyfrag README examples, which pass targetHost, sshUser, sshKey, dockerContainer and dockerImage with --input. The CLI rejects these ('Unknown method input(s): targetHost. Valid inputs are: none') because they are global arguments. The extension README was fixed in swamp-extensions PR 534 (swamp-club #3719, released as @swamp/cve/dirtyfrag 2026.10.22.1): create a model per target with 'swamp model create @swamp/cve/dirtyfrag NAME --global-arg targetHost=... --global-arg sshUser=... --global-arg sshKey=...', and keep --input only for hosts and dryRun. The page should match. Also note that mitigate now needs root or passwordless sudo for tee and rmmod with any arguments.
