Description

swamp doctor datastores --repair --json writes one JSON object per repair stage to stdout, back to back, so the output is not a single JSON document and a plain JSON parser (jq -s aside) fails on it.

Steps to reproduce

In any repo with a filesystem datastore, run: swamp doctor datastores --repair -y --json
Output:

{ "status": "catalog_not_needed" } { "status": "duplicate_latest_not_needed" }

Expected

One JSON document, for example an object holding each repair stage's result, so --json output can be parsed as JSON like every other command.
