The @swamp/issue-lifecycle ship method takes releaseUrl and releaseNotes but no version, so a shipped Lab issue's resolvedInVersion is only ever set by hand on the issue page. swamp-club now sends the issue's author an issue_update message in swamp inbox once a shipped issue has a fixed-in version (one message per author and release, with Update now / swamp update). Add an optional version input to ship (and complete) that PATCHes resolvedInVersion on the issue and its linked issues, so the notice goes out without a manual step. swamp-club's extensions/models copy is then ported from upstream whole.
