#4093 Docs: behavior type describe and model get output now include method kind and kindSource

swamp-club#4007 adds kind (create, read, update, delete, list, action) and kindSource (declared, inferred, none) to each methods[] entry in swamp behavior type describe (full and --compact JSON), swamp model get, swamp model method describe and swamp model create output. kind is omitted when kindSource is none.

Page to update: content/manual/reference/behavior-definitions.md, the behavior type describe section (JSON example, --compact example, and the field table). Suggested content: show the two fields in both examples, add rows to the field table, and note that kind is advisory metadata declared by the type author (not enforced), that inferred comes from the method name alone, that a missing kind is treated as mutating, and that permission hooks for AI agents can use it to auto-allow read and list methods only. The pre-flight checks section near line 471 can cross-link to it.
