Found by verify-build while verifying #4175, and unrelated to it.

extractContentMetadata: literals in execute bodies never change the extracted methods (src/domain/extensions/extension_content_extractor_property_test.ts) fails at random. It reproduces with seed 1384319459, path [IP-1].

Counterexample body: a line reading /* */{ */

Cause: the comment arm of literalStatementArb strips the comment terminator with s.replaceAll('*/', ''). One pass over noise such as **//{ leaves a new terminator behind, so the comment closes early and the generated source is not valid JavaScript. The extractor is not at fault for a file that does not parse. The generator should remove the terminator until none remains, or leave one of its two characters out of the comment's noise.

Impact: verify-build fails intermittently on unrelated branches.
