Lab #4169: Docs: team-mode model leases (swamp behavior lease, lease status in datastore lock status)

swamp-club#4121 (PR #3489) shipped fenced model leases in team mode. The manual under content/manual/ doesn't describe them yet.

What changed for users:

New command: swamp behavior lease acquire --for (5s to 60m), plus release and status (also swamp model lease). It holds a behavior's lock at serve across commands, and every command in the checkout renews it. Team mode only.
In a serve-mode checkout, swamp datastore lock status also lists the leases serve holds (holder shown only as caller or other) as serve_lease JSON documents.
A run whose lease at serve lapses (serve unreachable past its TTL, or a revoked grant) is cancelled, with the lapse as the cause.
A caller with run but no read on a behavior's data no longer hits version-live: the lease carries a version floor.
